Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lunec case. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for it to appear in your account

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged

If you received a faulty item, contact us and we’ll sort it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll fix it ASAP.
